Custom Orders
Please note that custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. These items are crafted specifically for you, and cancellations or changes are not accepted after this stage. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refund for Canceled Orders
For orders canceled within the permitted timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take between 5-7 business days.
